When and how will the 2024 team be announced?

The 2024 team will be announced on Instagram on April 15th

Will selected players be automatically placed on future sponsored teams?

No. Each year will have a unique team of players who will receive sponsorships.

There will be a new application and any player who was sponsored will need to reapply. Players who received sponsorships in previous years are welcome to apply

How are players selected?

There are many great candidates and limited sponsorships available. Players are selected based on these factors:

• Someone who I believe represents the sport well

• Someone who can be competitive in disc golf events

• Someone who would be a good ambassador for the Willz Designz brand and the Team Mission

For example, it is not solely based on disc golf skills (e.g., scores, tournament results, player ratings). Players are selected based on a combination of all of the listed criteria.

If I applied and am not selected, is there an opportunity to be sponsored later in the year?

Yes. There is a possibility for additional sponsorships in 2024. If that happens, existing sponsorship applications will be considered

If I am selected as a player, what will I receive?

• A customized player logo created by Willz Designz

• A warm-up shirt with the Team Willz Designz logo (on front) and info about Team Willz Designz on the back

• A t-shirt, long sleeve shirt or hoodie for the 2024 team with all the player logos

• The sponsorship funding for the selected year (see below on distribution)

• A player profile page on WillzDesignz.com featuring a summary about the player, the player’s selected charity and a link to the store featuring player merchandise

What if a selected player already has a logo?

For all players selected, including those with an existing logo, Willz Designz will create a personal logo for the player

• Logos on Team Merchandise - Some team merchandise will feature all logos for all players on the team for that year. Team merchandise will feature the player logos created by Willz Designz. This helps promote the team, the players and showcase graphic art designs created by Willz Designz

• Logos on Player Merchandise - Each player will have a spotlight page with information about the player, including the player’s selected charity. Each player page will feature player merchandise with the player’s logo. For player merchandise, the player has the option to use their existing logo and/or the logo created by Willz Designz

When and how will players receive sponsorship funds?

20% of the sponsorship will be distributed (via Venmo or PayPal) to the player after proof of event registration and no earlier than 4 weeks prior to the event

For example, if a player registers for an event to take place on Aug 1st, 20% of sponsorship will be distributed on Jul 1st

How will proceeds be used for sales of player merchandise and team merchandise?

Team Merchandise - This refers to merchandise with all player logos and merchandise without any player logos. The proceeds from team merchandise will be retained by Willz Designz to help with player sponsorships and other business needs

Player Merchandise - This refers to merchandise with a single player’s logo

• A portion* of the proceeds (see details below) will go to that player

• A portion of proceeds will go to the selected player’s selected charity**

*Player proceeds will be distributed (using Venmo or Paypal) on a quarterly basis for any sales of player merchandise the previous quarter

• During the season when a player’s sponsorship is active, the player will receive 25% of profits for any player merchandise sold. The player’s selected charity will receive 75% of profits.

• After the player’s sponsorship has ended, the player will receive 50% of profits* for any player merchandise sold. The player’s selected charity will receive 50% of profits.

**Charitable donations will be distributed to the player’s selected charity at the end of the year. These will be donated by Willz Designz on behalf of the player
