We sell our graphic art designs on multiple products such as t-shirts, hoodies, sticker sets, hats and more. For products purchased in our shop on WillzDesignz.com, these are printed and fulfilled by a 3rd Party printing company

We sell personalized products such as Souvenir Map designs. These are made by request and include personalized elements such as your name, vacation photos and dates. After your review of the personalized product design, we use a 3rd party for printing and shipping

Some products such as t-shirts, hoodies and sticker sheets can be purchased directly in our shop on WillzDesignz.com

So our designs can be available on other products and in other stores, we do sell our designs on other platforms (Redbubble, TeePublic)

Options are available for custom designs such as custom logos for your business, sports team or events

Sara’s Custom Canvas (by Swillz) are canvas paintings customized based on your request

Time and cost will vary to complete a custom design. For custom designs, we will send you a proposal for your review and approval. The proposal will summarize the project, time estimates, cost and payment terms for billing | invoicing

Cost of a personalized product is based on the product you choose

1 - Select a product in our online store that has personalization options available
2 - During checkout, provide the information for personalization (e.g., name, location, date)
3 - Complete checkout and payment
4 - If the personalized product includes a photograph, email the photo you would like to use
5 - We will begin to work on your personalized design. We estimate 1-2 weeks to get the personalization ready and will send you a draft for review before printing & shipping. If you are not satisfied with the personalized design, we will issue a refund before final fulfillment steps
6 - After you review and approve the personalization, the product will be printed and shipped. Time to print and ship depends on the product availability and shipping options
