Returns - Returns are accepted defective products only. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. For products purchased in our store on WillzDesignz.com, contact us first so we can understand the issue with your order.

Exchanges - Exchanges are not accepted for changes in sizes or selecting a different product

We use a 3rd Party for printing and shipping, and we will let you know the next steps for your return so the product can be replaced. We may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment

Refunds - To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us about the product defect within 7 days of the shipping date. Assuming we can not correct the issue with a return & exchange, the product must be returned within 10 days of the shipping date. After the return is received, we will issue a refund.
